Re-dial project aims

The Re-dial project aims: Improved social dialogue and cooperation by:

support to strengthening the tripartite dialogue implementing 36 bipartite and 20 tripartite consultations at national, regional and local level with pilot regions of Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora and Veliko Tarnovo. Training of 500 social partners' representatives, both men and women, to increase capacity to take part in the social dialogue with higher level of intensity and trust to influence national policies and laws.

4 Project partners’ meetings each one connected with: the Study visit for General Digital Skills Packages development and training activities, the Opening conference, the Social Dialogue campaign and the Closing conference.

Re-dial project partners

Re-dial project partners are 4 key nationally representative social partners’ organisations of workers (CITUB and LO) and nationally representative associations of employers (BIA and NHO).

The project is building up the outcomes of the “Social dialogue – exchange of good practice examples” implemented by LO and NHO from Norway and CITUB and BIA from Bulgaria, affiliated respectively with ETUC and BUSINESSEUROPE.

Main activities of Re-dial project

Development of General Digital Skills Packages for enhancing the effectiveness and the efficiency of the social partnership, based on the model of LO-NHO joint "cooperation competence" training and other expertise identified during the study visit to Norway, digital exchanges and networking

The initial timeframe of the Re-dial project is: 1.12.2019 – 30.11.2022
